Working with Cerrato Landscape was the best choice we could have made. The process was easy from start to finish. We had an appointment and were assisted with designing the landscape. They handled everything with the HOA for us, as far as submitting design and such, which made it extremely stress free. They stood behind every promise and held up to the full warranty when needed, to see that the job was done correctly. When the proper tree could not be located at end of season due to shortages in the market, they stood behind the promise to return and replace the one used at start of next season to correct the issue. When we experienced drainage issues, some of which we later found was more than likely due to the grade of the land set by the builders/designers, Cerrato still returned to assure it was not due to their workmanship and reevaluated everything and made adjustments so that we were happy. Our yard looks absolutely amazing. The followup is always quick and the response is always professional and courteous. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends, family, and future neighbors.
